Favourite style of art: Traditional Art (Portraits), and Anime

Hiya, I'm 14 and I live in England. I love Traditional Art (mainly pencil portraits of people and animals) and I like anime (I really can't draw it though, but I like the style a lot!).
I'm planning on going to art school and improving my drawings, as you can see I'm far from perfect and critque is very welcome! If anyone has any tips on how to improve please share! I also do requests if anyone's interested.
